The fun stuff!
We know how to have fun when we're not working hard! Our dedicated social committee plan great events throughout the year, from Christmas parties in the Natural History Museum to a Mexican themed summer party and food festivals. Families are welcome too. Hard work is rewarded here, with the opportunity to win spaces on our incentive top performer trips (previous trips have included Bordeaux champagne tasting and a culinary adventure in Portugal).
Wellbeing
We serve up healthy smoothies and fresh fruit, and for that afternoon boost we have honesty tuck-shops stacked with everyone’s favourite treats. We are a pretty active bunch at Audley and getting to work by bike is made easier with our cycle to work scheme. We can all use the on-site gym in Oxfordshire, get the wellies on for a country walk or get busy planting in the on-site allotments. In London, Westfield shopping centre is almost on our doorstep and the office even boasts a well-stocked bar. We are all welcome to go along to subsidised yoga, spinning and circuits classes. If ping-pong is more up your street then grab a bat for a lunchtime game, or you can chill out by the TV on the sofas in our snug.

At some point in your Audley lifetime you will get the opportunity to see what we offer clients first hand and go on your very own Audley trip, all expenses paid! We even have our own in-house Travel Executive who plans our own personal holidays and gets us the best deals to help us tick off our never-ending travel bucket list.
Rewards
Audley employees suggested shortening working hours and increasing our holiday entitlement to improve work-life balance, and we listened! We reduced our working hours from 39.5 hours to 37 hours per week, and we now all have 25 days basic holiday each year (rising one day each year you’re here up to an extra 5 days) and your birthday off to celebrate every year. We have an enhanced contributory pension scheme, and offer competitive paternity and maternity leave.
Giving something back
We genuinely believe in giving something back and we support multiple charitable projects globally, including our charity of the year which our employees vote for. Closer to home, we encourage our teams to give something back to the local community. All employees are provided with an annual Volunteer Day (one day of paid time off per year to be used for volunteering). Teams will often schedule Volunteer Days as a group to ensure fun is had by all when giving back to our communities!

Our open-plan Boston office is situated in the trendy North End district near to the Boston Garden and New England Aquarium. There are views over the river to Cambridge and the modern financial district and some great eateries nearby.

Once a blanket mill, our head office is riverside on the edge of the small market town of Witney. Close enough to Oxford and still on the edge of the Cotswolds, there are lots of lovely country pubs nearby and plenty of opportunities for walking and bike rides.
