Partnership Manager
An exciting new Partnership Manager role has been created to manage and integrate the business-to-business relationship and process between Partners, Client Engagement, Sales and Marketing.  This role will support all our trade partners, with the aim to increase conversion of current partnerships, and induct new business-to-business partnerships when suitable.

Reporting into and working with the Head of Marketing and wider global Marketing function to develop and share best practice you will research, identify, and source new partnership opportunities, you will be an ongoing point of contact for these B2B relationships and be involved in negotiations, and completion of contracts in accordance with Audley’s contract guidelines and policies.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to multi-task, handling issues that are present in the moment, while also being aware of the impact of decisions in the future. Having both a short- and long—term vision for the partnership is key for it to successfully grow. This role will require an individual who is comfortable building and maintaining relationships with individuals outside of Audley and who is comfortable managing across the senior sales management structure along. It will be the responsibility for the successful candidate to ensure that the ideas, initiatives, and training requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for service, business acumen, drive for sales, client experience and client engagement across the business as we scale. You will be expected to deal with complaints and service issues that come from the trade and having challenging conversations with senior managers within the company as to the best outcome for a partnership.

Job Description:
This role requires engagement with management and leaders at all levels within Audley. Requires a successful relationship with the Head of Marketing, US Marketing Manager, Head of Client Experience & Trading, the Trade Sales Manager, and the Heads of Sales Programs.

You will be the internal business champion of Partnerships in Audley USO. You will be the go-to person in the business for internal queries, training, statistics, and you will influence the performance through buy in and being the go-to Partnership’s ambassador across the sales function.

Management Responsibilities:
  • To work closely with the Client Experience & Marketing team to influence Partners behavior, analytical reporting, sales training and awareness of campaigns and incentives
  • To attend external meetings or events
  • To manage reporting for partnerships, sponsorship and client or trade events
  • To be confident in interpreting sales figures and identifying conversion opportunities and operational wins
  • To implement and run Country Specialist & Sales Manager training when relevant training
  • To clearly understand and live by the Audley values and drive our repeat and recommend model business-to-business
  • To be an authority on our partner’s client’s experience across the business
  • To own travel agent conversion across the business and get close to the detail, by understanding the stats, where wins can be made and understand how you can work with each department to maximize the trade conversion
  • Understands project managements and uses the road mapping process to deliver successful campaigns and delivery of work
  • To own complaints and issues that arise through our B2B platforms, taking responsibility and resolving them in a way that encourages advocacy and repeat business
  • A conscientious, tenacious, and self-reliant individual who is results orientated and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion
  • Previous experience of working with Partners for a tour operator, preferably focused on F.I.T. is ideal. Business-to-business relationship management outside of the travel industry would be a benefit also
  • Strong customer focus with a solid understanding of the value of Audley’s Trade and Partnership relationships; and Audley’s Repeat and Recommend model
