What You’ll Bring

  • A committed and resilient individual and team player with a desire to work to the highest of standards
  • Comfortable building rapport and dealing with last minute changes
  • A cheerful and confident person with a high level of initiative who understands the importance of customer service
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to new initiatives in the business and team as they develop

Responsibilities

  • Handle calls presenting clients with their options and handling all associated customer facing administration
  • Supporting product as countries reopen, assisting with ongoing requirements and changes once countries are open, supporting colleagues by answering common or specific questions related to country reopening
  • Assist with booking flights for upcoming trips
  • Manage handed over files
  • Assist with 1st handover administration and post booking amendments
  • Assist with booking US domestic product
  • Take on ‘away list actions’ as and when Country Specialist are on PTO
  • When capacity allows assist with the follow up of Statement of Agreements and speak with clients that are having issues with this
  • React to the latest Covid updates/regulations that come from governments and suppliers
  • Assist with ad hoc covid related client requests
  • Look for alternative flight routings due to airline cancellations
  • Research transit options and regulations
  • Research in country PCR testing options
  • Assist with trip amendments impacted by Covid
  • Assist with producing relevant waivers or vouchers

Keeping all of our employees safe is our first priority, especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
