The role 
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering actionable insight across Audley’s marketing channels, content and platforms.  You will be part of Audley’s Marketing Intelligence team where you’ll work collaboratively across the department, ensuring alignment on strategy and maximising efficiency of processes and performance. 

The role can be based out of either the Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Deliver actionable insight across our marketing including channels, content and platforms 
  • Work collaboratively across the department, ensuring alignment on strategy and maximising efficiency of processes and performance 
  • Work with channel owners, marketing managers and department heads to delivery actionable insight and performance analysis of all marketing activities 
  • Deliver regular reporting on the market in agreed & consistent formats to give channel owners, marketing managers and the department Heads regular visibility of performance. 
  • Work with the CRM team to deliver audience data selections as and when needed, using analytical practices to select the best possible audience for each activity 
  • Enable self-service strategy, delivering data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service across our department 
  • Support the delivery of agreed performance initiatives that focus on driving growth and improving marketing efficiency and working with stakeholders and team members to drive focus and adoption 
  • Define and implement ways of working that ensure market deliverables are met and engagement across teams is high 

About you 
You will be a highly driven, results focused marketer with a strong attention to detail and understanding of marketing practices. 

Additional experience required: 

  • A marketing or digital background 
  • ​​​​​​​Excellent mathematical & numerical skills 
  • Demonstrable skills working with large data sets & databases 
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics 
  • Data Visualisation e.g. Tableau, Data Studio 
  • Demonstrable experience (execution or analysis) of paid media, Email/CRM, and SEO 
  • Highly organised & logical approach to managing workload and deadlines 
  • Excellent collaboration and team skills
