The role
In the role of Technology and Change Project Manager you will have the overall responsibility for leading project teams in the delivery of business and Technology projects of varying size and complexity. You will work across all stages of projects to ensure their successful definition, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, control and closure.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading and taking responsibility for delivery of one or more simultaneous projects through the full lifecycle, from definition to implementation and handover of new products and services
  • Establishment and maintenance of project plans ensuring they cover the scope of the project and are reflective of the delivery methodology to be used
  • Delivery of projects within agreed time, scope, budget and quality constraints.
  • Adhering to project management standards for the management of all projects employing Audley’s delivery methods and tools.
  • Planning and coordination of project governance activities including steering groups and stage gate approvals
  • Communicating the status of projects, including risks and issues.
  • Support the development of project management methodologies and capability across Audley
About you
You have a proven-track record of successfully delivering IT and business change projects from initiation through to completion, employing structured methodologies including waterfall and, ideally, Agile.

Experience required:
  • Extensive project team management experience, including leadership of cross-functional teams.
  • Industry recognised Project Management qualification(s) (such as Prince2, MSP, APM or Agile).
  • Collaboration and influencing at all levels of an organisation.
  • Knowledge and experience of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects.
  • Project budgeting and resource planning.
  • Working positively with stakeholders at all levels to support the achievement of business outcomes.
  • Resolving problems and overcoming obstacles as required, pre-empting where possible.
Other skills required:
  • Able to identify opportunities and problems, devise appropriate adjustments and stay focused on the desired outcome.
  • Balanced and objective thinker who acts pragmatically.
  • Juggling of priorities effectively to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Successfully manage and resolve inter-team challenges, instil a team atmosphere, and continually motivate team members to achieve superior performance.
