Performance Marketing Analyst, London;Witney

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Audley Travel is one of the world's leading tailor-made travel businesses with operations in the UK and North America. Although like many industries travel faces much disruption, Audley is uniquely positioned to continue its stellar track record of growth when travel once again returns. This is a great opportunity to work within Digital and Marketing in a global role with the UK and US marketing teams. The role can be based out of either the Witney office in Oxfordshire or the Shepherd's Bush office in London. As a Performance Marketing Analyst you will:

  • Deliver actionable insight across our marketing including channels, content and platforms
  • Work collaboratively with the UK & US marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy and maximising efficiency of processes and performance
  • Work with channel owners, marketing managers and the UK Head of Marketing to delivery actionable insight and performance analysis of all UK marketing activities
  • Deliver regular reporting on the market in agreed and consistent formats to give channel owners, marketing managers and the D&M Heads regular visibility of performance
  • Work with the CRM team to deliver audience data selections as and when needed, using analytical practices to select the best possible audience for each activity
  • Enable self-service strategy, delivering data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise self-service across our department
  • Support the delivery of agreed performance initiatives that focus on driving growth and improving marketing efficiency and working with stakeholders and team members to drive focus and adoption
  • Define and implement ways of working that ensure market deliverable's are met and engagement across teams is high

What we are looking for:
  • A marketing or digital background
  • Excellent mathematical & numerical skills
  • Demonstrable skills working with large data sets & databases
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics
  • Data Visualisation e.g. Tableau, Data Studio
  • Demonstrable experience (execution or analysis) of paid media, Email/CRM, and SEO
  • Highly organised & logical approach to managing workload and deadlines
  • Excellent collaboration and team skills
