The Local Area
Our offices are just outside Witney, a market town close to Oxford, in a great location on the edge of the Cotswolds.
We work in a light, airy and uplifting environment surrounded by fields and open space, with lovely villages, country pubs, lots of walks and bike rides waiting to be taken advantage of.
Most of us choose to live in Oxford, Witney or some of the nearby villages – urban, suburban or rural, it’s up to you.
Close to Oxford
Oxford is a buzzing multicultural city packed with restaurants, clubs, theatres, music and shops. It has an exceptional range of arts and entertainment, including some great gigs and theatre. It also has fast and regular rail and coach links to London (a mere hour’s journey away) and other parts of the country.
Witney - a lovely market town close to the Cotswolds
Witney is a lively town that has grown quite considerably in recent years, and its house prices and rents are significantly lower than Oxford (and if you’re used to prices in London, you’ll be delighted).
Our offices are just on the outskirts of the town so we benefit from the beautiful countryside whilst being near enough so you can pop in to town at lunchtime to shop or carry out other essentials.
It has lots of great bars and pubs, a couple of large supermarkets, including Waitrose, and a good range of restaurants, from curry and thai to pizza, and plenty of good sized shops. There's also a 'Cineworld' shopping complex with a Marks & Spencer, Next and Debenhams plus a range of other restaurants and shops which opened in 2009. It has a sports centre and various other sports clubs, and a good range of schools – both primary and secondary.
