The Cost Loading Administrator will be responsible for inputting cost rates into Audley’s in-house system whilst testing for accuracy of data loaded. Previous office administration and/or data entry experience is essential. You will hold a GCSE pass (or equivalent) in Maths and have the ability to work with numerical data and perform complex calculations. A logical thinker, you will have strong problem solving and organisation skills. Self motivation and the ability to use your own initiative is required, along with a high level of attention to detail.
Reporting to the Technical Development Manager, the Implementation and Support Specialist will be responsible for program testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, training and roll out of projects as well as providing first line support to resolve user queries.
Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential including software testing, training, implementation and providing technical support. Working knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write SQL queries is desirable. Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical users. Highly service focused and flexible, you will be able to think on your feet and be results focused with excellent organisation skills.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally the successful candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably within the travel industry. In addition, the ability to deliver excellent customer service is paramount.
